About us
We are a group of members, former members and friends of the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg committed to the promotion of the internationalisation of our University. We organize and support a range of projects dedicated to the needs of international students and visiting academics. We are also committed to helping German students to gain international experience. In order to do this important work, we need financial support. Your donations can help us. All donations are tax deductible as we are registered as a charitable trust.
Our job
Our Association promotes the internationalisation of the University Erlangen-Nürnberg through:
- Language and communication courses for international students and visiting academics
- Seminars on German culture and on cultural integration
- Practical support with visa formalities
- Events to promote exchange between international and German students and staff at the University
- Development of international degree programmes in cooperation with universities across the world
- Temporary loans for those in financial need
- Acquisition of grants
- Organization of internships and work placements for international students
