Helping you to fully concentrate on your studies, our house will provide you with all you need in terms of comfort and cost saving.
Room
Our rooms are fully furnished according to modern design. Washbasin, bed-sheet, and TV-connection (Sat-System) will be at your disposal.
Social rooms on each floor, with practically equipped kitchen. Appliances including cookers, refrigerators, kitchen-lockers and a grill will enable you to prepare meals by yourself or together with your fellow students.
Our house is equipped with showers on each floor, two elevators, a sufficient number of washing-machines, drying rooms, car and moterbike spaces and a bike area that can be locked. Personal objects, plates and table cutlery are needed to be provided by yourself.
Internet-access is provided in all our rooms and it is directly connected to the university of Erlangen for easy and comfortable access.
Lease-prices per month (deposit 120 Euros; flatrate inclusive)
- 215 Euros for a single room with internet flatrate
- 300 Euros for a double room (for two people) with internet flatrate and separate fridge - this rooms can be used of course also by only one person and costs in this case 280 Euros
These prices refer to a lease period of one semester. Shorter terms are possible but a little more expensive.
