Student Services run a number of student refectories (“Mensen”) all year round in Erlangen and Nuremberg. During the teaching periods they are open from Monday to Friday 11:30 a.m.– 2:00 p.m. serving a variety of meals. Payment is by means of chip-card, which all students can obtain for about 5 euros. These cards can be loaded with cash at machines designed for this purpose located in the refectories. Between semesters, the opening hours are slightly shorter (usually by about half an hour). Please note that the cafeterias and refectories are not open in the evenings. Meals are available at lunchtime only. Menus, photographs and additional information can be found at:
