To protect the interests of staff and the department in which they are employed, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), represented by the President and the Chancellor, and its General Staff Council (GPR), represented by its Chairs, have concluded an agreement regarding the introduction and usage of the staff FAUcard according to Section 73(1)(1) with reference to Section 75a(1)(1) of the Bavarian Employee Representation Act (Bayerisches Personenvertretungsgesetz, BayPVG).
